Delete your giving account
This permanently removes your parish giving login and profile and cancels future Stripe recurring gifts in this system. Saved payment details on the associated Stripe customer are removed.
Completed gifts are not refunded. Payments already being processed may still settle. Donation records, including donor information needed for accounting, are retained for seven years under the parish’s retention policy.
Subsplash gifts are separate. You must manage or cancel those through Subsplash.
Sign in to confirm deletion with your password. You can delete an account even if its email has not been verified.
